CROWLEY: And a lot has been said, though, about the justice system and that it seems to many people sort of innately racially divided from whether someone is charged all the way through the verdict. Do you think that the American justice system is innately racist?

ntrcsr7 note – I do not understand what everyone is so upset about. Isn’t it “innocent until proven guilty?” I don’t think the justice system is broke. If the man is really guilty, then the prosecution did not do the job they were hired to do. It’s not the justicesystem, the system still works, its the burden of proof on the prosecution that wasn’t acted on properly.
